I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, although a bit cold during the day even with the thermostat up to 80. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to the poolside attendants, everyone was incredibly nice. The location was very convenient, especially for a conference nearby, but waiting times for valet and breakfast were a disaster at times. The dining experience was beyond expectations, and being a Hilton Gold member made it even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with some minor inconveniences.

The hotel offers great views of the city and tons of room to relax in a luxurious space. However, small rooms with used towels, roughed up bedding, and almost filled garbage cans can make the room feel even smaller.

The room was huge and well-equipped with amenities like a sofa, fridge, iron and board, safe, coffee machine, dressing gowns, and slippers. It also featured a 55-inch TV powered by DIRECTTV but no pay-per-view movies. The room had all the essentials including a workable desk, closet, and ample storage space.

The service was on point from check-in to checkout, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful despite charging us for $100 of room damages. They even contacted me via text to save trees when asking for my final bill.

The hotel is steps away from the convention center and nicely kept, offering a lovely view of West Palm Beach City Place across the street. It's a great location near CityPlace by Rosemary Square for dining and shopping.

The dining experience was typical with a buffet offering waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, oatmeal, and an omelet chef. However, it was not complimentary and considered expensive. The grilled salmon was exceptional despite the high cost.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms offered great views of the city and tons of room to relax in the luxurious space. They were very clean and comfortable. However, the pseudo coffee maker in the room reminded me of camping in eastern Europe circa 1960, which was a bit quirky. The upgrade to a suite for $31 was worth it!

Plus, I could easily text them back for any requests, like checking on my car when I realized my windows were open all night at the parking.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It's right next to shopping and other wonderful restaurants, making it very convenient. Plus, it's so relaxing and beautiful with plenty of amenities nearby. Close to some interesting restaurants in the West Palm Beach area, and just steps away from Rosemary Square and not too far from downtown.
